Maternity cover – 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with a possible permanent contract)
Reside Housing Association Ltd a Non-profit private registered provider of Social Housing.
Reside was established in 2002 with the purpose of assisting and promoting independence in the community for disabled people, particularly those with a learning disability, mental health problem and/or acquired brain injury.
Reside’s primary purpose is to provide good quality housing for people who also need support, provided by a support provider partner.
This complimentary approach, is designed to promote choice and enhance independent living, whilst at the same time protecting the rights and welfare of our tenants.
A post has arisen within the busy Tenant Support department to provide Maternity cover for one of the Administration team who assist over 1,200 tenants to establish and maintain their tenancies. As Reside continues to grow, the role will continue to be a busy, challenging and rewarding position.
Reporting to the Tenant Support Manager, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience or knowledge of the lettings industry and/or of the welfare and benefits system, in particular Housing Benefit. You should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a good standard of spelling and grammar. You should be able to work under pressure and to deadlines to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Experience in a supported housing role would be an advantage.
Based in our offices in Kingston/Hampton Wick, the role will be for 12 months – with the possibility of a permanent position.
Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
SALARY – Depending on Experience
