Property Services
Reside Property Services is an independent and multi-skilled department headed by a qualified property professional that can work in partnership to provide a total solution to the property needs of other organisations and individuals.
The department co-ordinates all the day to day and cyclical maintenance issues and operates a call out service for emergency repairs. Reside have access to established maintenance teams and supplement these resources with specialist contractors to cover all areas of the operation.
The department also manages acquisition, property renovation, the regulatory approvals process and project delivery management for an expanding property portfolio. Reside Housing Association also carry out adaptations to suit individual disability. Our staff are CRB checked and experienced at working in the homes of people with various disabilities.
