After eight years of developing homes for people with disabilities who want to lead a more independent life, Reside Housing Association provides a quality home environment for tenants to build on as they develop their new lives.
Our tenants include adults and young people with a variety of complex needs and we work with commissioners, parents, tenants and care support teams to develop the right solution. Our goal is to achieve a safe and welcoming environment.
Within the technical requirements of each new development, we apply an interior design style that replicates the home environment through domestic scale and characteristics, creating a turnkey package. Currently we offer properties throughout England and Wales and are adding new locations each year. We work with an established network of design professionals and contractors to deliver new services and maintain existing.
Each bedroom in a development is different and shared spaces such as living rooms and kitchens are designed to afford maximum enjoyment and convenience for tenants. Our properties are fully equipped and just await the personal touch of the new resident to create their new home.
