Maintenance
All our properties are provided with support for urgent maintenance together with established processes to request routine maintenance items and furniture requests. If a tenant wishes to purchase additional items, Reside Housing can arrange for supply and delivery through national retail chains.
We provide a full back-up service to attend to day to day and cyclical maintenance matters supplemented by other contractors to cover all areas of our operation. We also work with both large and small contractors on more extensive maintenance programmes.
