Our developments include older properties that have undergone extensive refurbishment or recent properties where less extensive works are required. Where there is a specific need in an area where we have an established presence or even in a new location, we will work with commissioners to identify and source properties to suit tenant needs. Once the investment decision is made, we will use both our own in-house skills and those of our consultants to adapt to current statutory requirements and promote energy efficient solutions.
Specific needs of commissioners have included step-down flatlets within a supported living site and full wheelchair adaptation.
Where budgetary constraints are an important consideration, we will also rent properties on long term leases and adapt to statutory and tenant needs.
