The increased regulatory framework of modern life can be challenging for our tenants and so we include all local taxation charges, utility costs and broadcast licences within the weekly rental. Housing statute and fire safety compliance are included in all our projects and where required by the Local Authority, our properties will hold House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licences.
