Reside's Tenant Support Officer and Tenant Support Administator have been establishing themselves in their new roles over the last few months. Valerie Lord, our Tenant Support Officer worked for a number of years in property management and also for a charity and Reem Suleiman, our Tenant Support Administrator's background is in the property sector. Valerie and Reem work closely with our tenants and their care staff to support them to maintain their tenancies.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance and Statutory Administrator at our Head Office in Kingston-upon-Thames. The position is part time, twenty hours per week over 5 days (we can be flexible). Special Olympics Surrey

Reside is privileged to be a main sponsor of Special Olympics Surrey (SOS), the 3rd Olympic movement. To celebrate 5 years of success Reside is presenting an award to the 'Coach of the Year' at their awards evening on the 11th December. Special Olympics provides a wonderful opportunity for people with learning disabilities to partake in sport and to compete locally, nationally and internationally. Reside’s 10th Anniversary

On the 6th October, Reside celebrated 10 years of providing quality accommodation for disabled people. Staff and Trustees along with partners spent a pleasant evening dining in a local hotel.
The CEO Peter Webster took the opportunity to thank the Trustees for their governance, freely given and the staff for their professionalism and loyalty. He added “providing accommodation for some of the most vulnerable in our society is a very challenging but satisfying occupation and the good work will continue for many years to come.”
