PROPERTY SERVICES

 

Reside Property Services department has two main functions.

1) Property Maintenance Team - deals with all the day to day and cyclical maintenance issues and operates a 24 hour call out for emergency repairs. Reside employs its own maintenance teams and supplements with contractors to cover all areas of the operation.

2) Project Management Team - expertly manages acquisition, renovation, design etc, and all matters concerning statutory approvals.

Reside Property Services is an independent and multi-skilled department that can work in partnership to provide a total solution to the property needs of other organisations and individuals.
