Look back to learn how to look forward
One of our team members shared a story recently about Joe Girard, a famous American salesman. He sold 13,001 cars at a Chevrolet dealership between 1963 and 1978, and was recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records as the seller of the most cars in a year. One of his sayings was: you have to look back to learn how to look forward.
The time between Christmas and New Year is often a time for looking back and forward. What were the highlights and low points? What have I learned? How will I use my knowledge in the future? Each of us will have different answers to these questions, but whatever they are, all of us at Reside wish you every success in the coming year!
