Here at Reside we are delighted to have been given the seal of approval by the national social housing regulator.
We achieved a fully compliant rating for our governance and viability from the Regulator of Social Housing, following our first In Depth Assessment by the sector’s regulatory body.
As a small Registered Provider undergoing the process for the first time, we welcome such scrutiny and challenge. We are pleased with the result and are already taking on board the assessors’ feedback to help further improve our business.
We are particularly proud of our achievement as we understand from the regulator that we are the first Registered Provider with a business model based predominantly around leasehold properties to receive a fully compliant rating.
Diane French, Reside’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “As a specialist in supported housing, Reside’s mission is to be a leading charitable, independent provider of high quality housing solutions for those with support needs.
“Our priority is to put tenants at the heart of everything we do, offering choices to enable people to live independently in their own homes.
“We remain committed to our central focus of housing vulnerable people, so we are delighted to receive the regulator’s endorsement of our business’s compliance with national governance and viability requirements.”
