Our facilities department co-ordinates day to day and cyclical maintenance issues, manages statutory requirements and operates a call out service for emergency repairs. We have an in house maintenance team and supplement these resources with specialist contractors where needed. Our staff are DBS checked and experienced in working in the homes of disabled people.
Our property department manages property acquisition and renovation, the regulatory approvals process and project management for an expanding property portfolio. Tenants and families sometimes want to be involved in the search for a property and they remain in communication with Reside throughout the process. Property searches are tailored to meet individual needs. Some individuals may require adaptations to ensure their home is accessible and meets their needs. The arrangement of such adaptations would be carried out by ourselves.
