A new repairs service for RWP

We recently wrote to all our tenants and support providers to let you know that we have appointed Bell Group as our new national repairs contractor.

Bell will deal with repairs across the UK with our in-house team covering the North West Area.

We are delighted that Bell Group will now be undertaking repairs across the country from 1 July. 

When you call us, you will be offered an appointment at a time to suit you.

Annette Stevens, Operations Director at RWP, said, “We are delighted to work with Bell Group for our repairs service as they are committed to providing an excellent service. I had the pleasure of recently delivering some training to their operatives on learning disabilities and autism, and I was impressed with their passion for delivering a service to meet individual needs.”

“Providing an excellent repair service is a key aim of RWP. We involved our tenants in choosing the contractor, and our tenants will continue to work with us to monitor the service.“

When you report a repair to us, you will speak to someone in our new RWP specialist team. The team will deal with all enquiries from supported living tenants and support providers across the country and have a full understanding of the communication needs of people with learning disabilities and autism.
