You are invited to join us for a discussion about the housing services we provide on Thursday 18 April.
You can chat with our board members, your friendly housing team, and other tenants about what it’s like to live in your home and your community.
We want to hear from you about how we can improve our customer service and how we can be a better landlord.
What is going to happen on the day?
You can chat with us about what it is like living in your home. This will help us make decisions about how we deliver our services in the future.
We will provide a free lunch, and we will make everyone feel very welcome. If you would like to bring a support worker or a friend to support you, that’s fine, just let us know.
We will pay for your travel or arrange transport for you, so you don’t need to worry about that.
What do you need to do to book your place?
Please let us know by 5 pm on Friday, 5 April, if you would like to come. We can’t wait to meet you!
When: Thursday 18 April 2024
Where: Lancaster House Hotel, Green Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, Lancs LA1 4GJ
Time: 12.30pm-1:30pm (welcome lunch); 1:30pm-3:30 pm (chats with our board members and your housing team in small groups)
Getting there: We will pay for the cost of travel or arrange transport.
Support: If you live in a supported living property and want to bring a support worker or friend to help you, that is fine, just let us know when you book your place.
If you need support with childcare costs, we can help with this too.

Joining: We’ll send out a welcome pack to you with all the information you need about the event. Please let us know if you have any support needs or access requirements. Also, let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
