Rent and service charges consultation event

As part of the annual review of our rent and service charges, we would like to invite you to attend an information session where we will explain how we carry out the review on Thursday 26 January at 2.30pm.

During the session, we will be able to give you an idea of what the new charges from April will look like and the reasons for this. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

The session is being delivered in a hybrid way so you can attend either in person at our office at Progress House, Lancashire Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TZ, or virtually using Microsoft Teams. The link to Microsoft Teams will be provided to tenants who book.

We are also holding a Facebook Question and Answer session on Wednesday 25 January from 6pm to 7pm.

For anyone unable to make the session, we will be writing to all tenants before April with full details of any change in your rent and service charges and we are working hard to ensure we provide as much support for you as possible.
