Review of rent and service charges

We would like to invite you to attend an information session on Thursday 18 January at 2pm.

During the session, we will be able to give an idea of what the new charges from April 2024 will look like and the reasons for this. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

You can attend the sessions either in person at our office or virtually using Microsoft Teams.

The meeting location and link to Microsoft Teams will be provided to tenants who book to attend one of the sessions.

For anyone unable to make the planned sessions, we will be writing to all tenants before April with full details of any change in your rent and service charges. We are working hard to ensure we provide as much support for you as possible.
