Latest news

Reside Housing Association and Progress Housing Group partnership creates one of the UK’s leading supported living providers for people with learning disabilities and or autism in the UK.

We are pleased to confirm that on 30 September, Reside Housing Association joined Progress Housing Group, creating one of the leading providers of high-quality supported living accommodation in the UK for people with a learning disability and/or autism, and also for those with other support needs such as acquired brain injury or enduring mental health conditions.

The combined organisation now owns or manages more than 4,550 supported living tenancies and has over 45 years of combined expertise in delivering high-quality housing and related services to meet the needs and aspirations of people with varying support needs.

Work has now commenced on an integration process which will see the combined organisations’ supported living provision become Reside with Progress in early Spring 2022.

Reside with Progress aims to become the leading provider of supported living accommodation, particularly for people with a learning disability or autism, in the country.

Jacqui De-Rose, Group Chief Executive at Progress Housing Group, said: “I am delighted that our two organisations have joined together and that, as specialist housing providers and leaders in the supported living sector, together we will play a major part in meeting the huge need for high-quality supported living accommodation.”

Les Warren, Finance Director at Reside Housing Association and Deputy Managing Director of Reside with Progress, said: “We are delighted to have joined forces with Progress Housing Group. Our partnership will enable us to deliver more new homes and even better services for our customers.

“We are now looking forward to creating our new organisation together and realising our shared ambition of becoming the leading supported living provider in the country for people with a learning disability or autism.”
