About the role

As Income Collection Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining financial strength and performance. You’ll be responsible for the income collection of rent, service charges, and sundry debts for our supported accommodation which will involve working collaboratively with many local authorities and partners. You will also oversee the expenditure on contracts within the department, ensuring contractors deliver customer satisfaction while remaining affordable for tenants. 

What are we looking for?

Strong leadership and influencing skills would make you successful in this role, and experience in income collection, contract management, or finance would be an advantage. We need someone who can lead a team to success using effective performance management and experience of motivating and developing colleagues. Collaboration and organisational abilities will be critical to deliver excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
