Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Latest news

We want to hear from you! As your landlord, it is important to us that we provide you with the highest standard of service possible.

We value your opinions and want to know how happy you are with what we are doing – and how we can do better.

To help us do that, The Regulator of Social Housing has created a set of measures to look at how satisfied you are with the services we provide. These are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

In the past, we have conducted a telephone survey every two years to ask you what you think of the services we provide. From now on, we will do this survey every year between February and March.

We will share the results on our website and with the Regulator so you can see what everyone has said about us.

This year, we will be collecting this data by writing to you. We will also be completing telephone calls to ensure we get a valid number of responses.

To help us do this, we are using a company called Acuity Research & Practice Limited.

Who is Acuity?

Acuity Research & Practice (Acuity) helps housing providers like us to improve services and get information from tenants about the services we provide to you.

They will follow best practice when carrying out this survey and ensure that they conform with ISO20252:2019 and the MRS Code of Conduct.

The survey will consist of 16 questions (some of which you may not need to answer depending on the home you live in).

We will also provide six boxes for you to write down anything else you want to tell us, such as why you feel a certain way. This will help us understand what we may need to change or what not to change.

If you have any questions about this survey, you can email us via bianalyst@progressgroup.org.uk.
