The Customer Voice team is working with RWP properties and has created six hub groups for our tenants.
Our tenant hub groups are Cerrig Cornell in Wales, Richmond House in Accrington, Winchester Avenue in Wigan, Kingsbridge Way in Nottinghamshire, Arrowe Hall in Liverpool and Hebden Court in Scunthorpe.
Customer Voice Officer Alan Greig said: ‘It’s been interesting working with the hub groups where we meet regularly to learn more about the landlord. If tenants’ support teams and families are more informed, we can use that knowledge to get great feedback on any questions or issues we may have. Watch this space for further updates.”
