How we are regulated

As a private registered provider of social housing, we are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

The regulatory standards seek to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs.

The National Statement of Expectations (NSE) sets out guidelines for a national standard in supported living accommodation. It provides a benchmark for us to measure the quality of our housing for our tenants with support needs.

Developed in collaboration between the Government, local authorities and supported housing providers, the NSE underpins the delivery of high quality supported housing that meets the needs of tenants and offers value for money.

Although not a statutory requirement, the NSE sets out what “good” looks like in supported housing and offers best practice examples in assessing local needs, planning and delivery. It also guides us on accommodation standards and housing services.
