Les Warren

Les is Managing Director of RWP and joined the organisation in September 2021. Les has overall responsibility for the delivery of RWP’s business plan.

In his early career, he worked in the Property and IT sectors in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. For the last 15 years, he has held Director-level roles with various types and sizes of organisations in the social housing sector.

He is committed to increasing the supply of much needed and well-designed supported living accommodation throughout the UK and is proud of the contribution that RWP is making to this goal.

Les is an enthusiastic advocate of the role that lean thinking and systems thinking approaches can play to improve business performance and the quality of the customer experience.  

He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town. Outside of work Les has a keen interest in music and the arts.
