Background and experience
Adam is a passionate Commercial Director for a market-leading solution provider in the Healthcare sector and has most recently completed a PGCert in Director Development as part of his self-development and career progression plan.
In his current role, Adam particularly enjoys helping people grow and seeking new ways of doing things that can provide better outcomes for the customers and the organisation.
Adam has an analytical and pragmatic approach to decision-making, ensuring all the relevant information is available. His related experience within the emergency services, which uses a national decision-making model, enables him to make decisions based on the best possible outcomes.
Adam demonstrates a high commitment to delivering high-quality service, which requires an eye for detail and high standards. Working in both the pharmaceutical industry and the emergency services sector in a voluntary role requires working to a high standard of service at all times, providing reasonable justification for all decisions made, and ensuring they are made with the utmost integrity and honesty.

Personal interests
Adam is a special constable for Lancashire Constabulary and, in his spare time, enjoys working in concert/event lighting, producing lighting designs and programming/operating intelligent lighting systems.
