Background and experience
Elaine has a clinical background as a Clinical Pharmacist and over 33 years of NHS experience at local, national and regional levels. Roles included Service Director and Senior Executive Medicines Management.
Elaine has been a Trustee of Making Space since June 2017 and Chair of the Trustees since June 2022. Elaine leads the board in making brave decisions and opening itself up to external scrutiny, most recently through a governance review.
Following the completion of a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, mentor accreditation and CSU and Aspiring Directors programmes, Elaine now has her own Executive and Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Consultancy business where Elaine supports existing and emerging leaders.
