Background and experience
Mahua has held senior leadership positions at a number of national charities and social enterprises, working across sectors including health and social care, justice and transport. Mahua is the Director of Bede Housing Association and trustee at Voiceability. Previously, Mahua was Director of Finance and Resources at SignHealth, a national charity working to improve the health and well-being of deaf people.
Mahua is also a school governor.
