Samantha is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years of experience in development, asset management and new business, working in both the profit-for-purpose and private sectors. Samantha has non-executive experience in special education and student accommodation partnerships, working to deliver good governance to ensure positive outcomes in the education of young people and high-quality accommodation and services to the student population. Samantha has demonstrated a career-long commitment to social housing with a personal and professional desire to support independence for those with additional support needs.
