Working with commissioners

As the leading supported living housing provider in the UK, commissioners from local authorities and health bodies approach us with referrals for supported living accommodation. We work closely with them to ensure that our tenants' needs are being met, for example, ensuring that grant-funded developments are built on time and within budget.  

We work with people who have very complex needs as well as those who just need ordinary street property. In all cases, we respond in a person-centred way, providing high-quality solutions to bespoke requirements. We are experts in developing housing using new build and purchase solutions.

We use our own capital, as well as grant and lease funding, to resource our projects and will work with family capital where that is requested. We have mature partnerships with a large number of established support providers and have a clear understanding of the respective roles and responsibilities of the separate support and housing provider. We also advise commissioners on supported housing policy and good practice.
