New property developments

The growth of the supported living portfolio has been largely based upon responding to commissions from CCGs, Local Authorities, support providers and families. The portfolio has extended nationally to 105 local authorities in England and Scotland.

We work hard to source the right supported living accommodation for people with a learning disability and autism. We do this through building, developing, purchasing and leasing properties and working closely with commissioners and support providers.

The housing option we develop will be the one that works best for each individual, based upon their needs. We develop a design brief with all interested parties, responding to identified requirements, including adaptations, floor layouts, equipment and services that meet individual needs.
