RWP (Reside With Progress) Launches!

On 1 April Progress Housing Group launches RWP (Reside With Progress). This is the new name for the supported living division at Progress Housing Group and marks the full integration of Reside Housing Association since it joined the Group in September 2021.

Progress Housing Group is delighted to announce the launch of RWP (Reside With Progress), which will deliver high quality supported living accommodation for people with a learning disability or autistic people.

The official launch of RWP on 1 April 2022 marks the full integration of Progress Housing Group's supported living division with Reside Housing Association following Reside joining the Group on 30 September 2021.

With 4,500 supported living tenancies across the UK, RWP delivers high-quality housing to meet the needs and aspirations of people with varying support needs, primarily learning disabilities or autistic people. It is now one of the leading providers of supported living accommodation in the UK.

Bernie Keenan, Progress Housing Group Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, RWP, said: "Following the exciting news that Reside Housing Association joined the Group last year, I am delighted to announce the launch of our new supported living provider, RWP, which will play a major part in meeting the need for safe, high-quality supported living accommodation.

RWP Supported Living tenant, involved tenant and member of Progress Housing Group's Scrutiny Pool, David Robinson, said: "It's exciting to see RWP launched today. I was very pleased to be asked to be involved in the process of helping to design the new branding. It will be good to see how my comments have helped with the new design."

Supported living accommodation enables people who would otherwise have very limited housing choices to live fulfilling and dignified lives in their own homes.

RWP is the property provider, and we partner with commissioners and support providers to ensure housing and support are delivered in a coordinated way.

RWP aims to deliver the best possible service for our existing and future supported living tenants and shared owners and be the best partner for commissioners and care providers.
