Specialised supported housing

Supported living provides housing to help people live as independently as possible in the local community. In some cases, we provide specialised supported housing that is adapted to a tenant’s needs.

As part of the NHS Learning Disability and Autism Housing Programme (previously known as Transforming Care), which allows us to apply for capital funding, we create bespoke homes for people coming out of long-stay hospital settings.

We collaborate with local commissioners, support providers and occupational therapists to ensure our tenants’ needs are met, putting adults with learning disabilities and autistic people at the centre of everything we do.
